KYLE (Washington): I recently read "Skin and Bones". I was satisfied until the end. It got me wondering if there would be a sequel? I want to know what happened to Alice and if Jack makes a full recovery and if the two meet again. I want to know if lard becomes a chef and if him and Teresa stay together.
